Fantastic. Friendly staff, great piercing and a whole-heartedly great experience. Leah put three holes in my nervous daughter’s head. She was calming, confident and QUICK! . Thank you, Leah! Couldn’t have asked for better.

I called about ear piercings two days prior and drove over an hour to find that at opening, the lady wasn't going to be there for an hour. My friend from out of state got a tattoo here on the fly, and her emails for a touch up six weeks later went unanswered. It's hard to brag about a place I've gotten tattoos from with this kind of unprofessionalism.

I didn't feel like the artist Perin that did my tattoo was very friendly. He charged 200 for a small butterfly tattoo and didn't add antenna. The tattoo only took 20 minutes but he charged 200. The color is already really dull. I now have to get it touched up eventually by another artist. The guy that did my daughters tattoo was really awesome. He did an amazing job

Leah is great! She takes her time to make sure placement for the piercing is right. I was getting my other eyebrow pierced, and she really put in the extra effort to make the other one symmetrical. Was also with my friend who got their first piercing, and they were really comfortable with her. I paid 160 for two piercings and a downside on another piercing. I feel that’s fair, especially considering I always tip. Thank you, Leah!

I called to see if they took walk ins for piercings and the employee who answered was completely rude and talked to me like I was stupid and said they only have jewelry when online the services says they offer body piercing. Definitely never coming here.

Leah is amazing! So kind and professional and puts you right at ease. She swapped out my threadless gem for my nostril piercing since my other one was too big and would get in the way. Will definitely go back to Leah in the future for all my piercing needs!

Leah & Perrin are wonderful, welcoming & great artists in both their fields. Staircase has been my go-to shop for months and I certainly recommend them to anybody looking for walk-in tattoos or piercings!

Avoid! The girl at the counter is really mean to customers, but she does it in sneaky ways so she can't get in trouble. The first time I went, she acted like she didn't understand what I was wanting to buy. I thought maybe she was having a bad day, so I didn't really mind. But when I went back a second time, she was still rude in that sneaky way and for absolutely no reason. I therefore wrote a polite email to them about this. Unfortunately, I received a very rude response from the manager. I don't really know what else to say, but I definitely wouldn't recommend going there.
